Milena Ordenes serves as Firm Administrator and Paralegal at Marcus Rashbaum Pineiro & Meyers LLP, where she oversees the firm’s operations and provides paralegal support to its attorneys in complex litigation matters.
Prior to joining MRP, Milena gained extensive experience at other law firms, including boutique criminal defense and litigation practices, as well as the Miami office of a global law firm. In these roles, she provided administrative and paralegal support to attorneys and assisted with law firm operations and management. With more than 20 years of combined experience in the legal field, Milena brings a broad understanding of law firm operations, litigation support, and case management to her role at MRP.
Milena earned her Paralegal Certificate from Florida International University and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
